Feature spotlight

Approved assets, directly in HubSpot

Your brand assets are approved and ready — getting them into HubSpot shouldn't require downloading, switching tools, and re-uploading. Browse, search, and insert approved Frontify images and videos directly inside HubSpot from an embedded asset picker, with scheduled sync to keep content aligned with the latest approved versions. Available for landing pages, website pages, and email templates.

Enhancements

  • Brand assistant customization: An AI experience that fits your brand
Guideline editors can now rename the brand assistant, add a custom welcome message, create a custom disclaimer, and apply rich text formatting — all within individual guidelines. Whether you're aligning with legal requirements, internal governance policies, or simply your brand identity, the assistant can now reflect that.

  • Sorting enhancements and advanced filtering: Find exactly what you need
Four new sort dimensions — creation date, last modified, available date, and file size — join a new two-step sort picker and a best-match sort that orders results by relevance during search. Advanced filtering now supports multi-value selection, exclusion filters, and date-range operators for custom metadata, so you can build precise queries directly in Frontify.

  • Templates editor upgrade: Consistent editing across all template types
The templates editor now matches the publication editor experience — controls, interactions, and page names are consistent across static and motion templates, with external data sources now supported in motion templates too.

  • Template page manager: Edit your templates without rebuilding them
A new page manager panel in the template editor lets you duplicate, delete, and rearrange pages without recreating the whole template. Available for Figma-based (digital) templates.

  • Apply theme settings across page types: Set it once, apply it everywhere
You can now apply theme settings such as header, sidebar, and more, consistently across cover, document, and library pages in a few clicks. Available for all new themes.

  • Guidelines theme update: More control when migrating to the Classic theme
When updating legacy guidelines to the Classic theme, you now have more choice over how settings are carried over. Options include applying from a single document, keeping settings per document, or importing from another guideline. You can also create a blueprint guideline and reuse its settings across future updates.

Ecosystem: Apps and integrations

  • Sprinklr integration: Brand content, synced to your customer experience platform
Approved assets and metadata now sync automatically from Frontify to Sprinklr, giving marketing, social, and customer experience teams direct access to the latest brand content — no manual downloads or uploads required.

  • Dropbox migration and sync: Move assets into Frontify without the manual effort
Automate asset migration from Dropbox to Frontify, with folder structures and supported tags preserved and Frontify kept in sync going forward. For teams transitioning from Dropbox, this removes the biggest barrier to getting started.

Small improvements and bug fixes

  • Workflow status comments now visible: Comments added when moving an asset to a workflow status that requires one are now shown directly in the platform, not just in email notifications.
  • Sorting in collections: The new sort options also apply to asset listings within a collection, with best-match sort appearing automatically during search.
  • Guidelines duplication fix: A bug affecting guideline duplication when "Apply settings per document and library" was selected during a Classic theme update has been resolved.
  • Icon library UI fixes: Alignment issues between the "Download all" button and sorting controls in the icon library have been corrected.
  • Automation execution depth limit: Chained automations are now limited to a maximum execution depth of five. Any executions beyond five consecutive levels in the same chain won't run.

That's a wrap for June
