Default metadata on upload: Consistency from the start
You can now apply default metadata automatically to every upload. Set fields like tags, categories, usage rights, and availability dates to ensure every asset enters your library already organized and searchable as soon as they’ve been uploaded.

Enhanced image search (Beta):
Enhanced image search uses AI to analyze and understand what an image shows and matches it to natural-language queries like “people collaborating in an office,” no tagging required.
Speed up discovery, reduce manual work, and make every image searchable, even untagged ones.

Export your asset audit trail:
You can now export an asset’s full audit trail as a CSV, including approvals, revisions, downloads, workflow updates, and more. Share data easily, meet audit requirements, and keep complete records without screenshots.

Multi-delegation updates:
Access requests now include a view of who submitted each request, a simplified Resource column, and clearer permission and duration details in the Role column. Review faster with the right context at a glance.

Essentials Colors:
Colors are now available in Essentials, giving you a consistent way to manage and use brand palettes across Guidelines. Add, edit, remove, and permission colors from one place to keep your brand elements aligned.
Note: Color updates aren’t global yet, and support for Templates, linking, and import/export (e.g., Figma, Adobe) is coming next.

Ecosystem: Apps and integrations
Your brand, now in print: Meet the new Ciloo app
You can now connect Frontify with Ciloo to order branded print materials such as business cards, brochures, swag, and more, right from your Libraries, Projects, or Templates. Ciloo routes orders to local production partners for faster delivery and lower environmental impact. Empower teams to order what they need, stay fully on-brand, and eliminate manual file handoffs.
